Kentuckians Fighting for the Separation of Church and State

A hearing has been set for the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss in the American Atheists v Kentucky Office of Homeland Security lawsuit:

I am one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit.

The hearing is this coming Monday, June 1, 2009 at 10:00 am. (Eastern Time) in the Franklin County Courthouse, 218 St. Clair St., Frankfort, Ky. 40601. The judge is Hon. Thomas D. Wingate., Division II.

People attending the hearing, showing support for keeping religion and government separate, would be most appreciated.

Please pass this on to your lists of people who are also supportive of the First Amendment and the Separation of Church and State.

Hope some of you can come.

Just so everyone knows, I am not Jan. I have forwarded this message from my Louisville Atheist and Freethinkers Meetup group.

I'm so proud of you for doing this. I'm in California so I can't come but I'll be thinking of you then.
