Japanese quake is a natural disaster, not the "hand" of "god".

There's no need to run to ancient texts to try to discover why "god" would send a devastating earthquake, and tsunami, to the nation of Japan, and the resulting death toll, destruction, and nuclear disaster. It happened naturally. There was no "sin" that "god" was trying to punish.

It's no surprise that the fanatics use disasters as their proof. Since they can not seem to show any good events as support. It makes me sad that some would revel in a sadistic joy over people suffering and dying.

Have you checked out Thunderf00t's video on YouTube about the rational, logical explanation for a large magnitude quake in Japan? I'll embed below but he basically brings up the ring of fire and the majority of the devastation from the quake being averted due to years of planning and technical innovations because of the frequency of earthquakes in the region. The latter part of the vid focuses on the response from certain theists. Right on point...
