I fully agree. I look at my own life on how much I've wasted time and money that could of been put to better use. That was then this is now. No more wasting precious resources on superstition.

This is exactly what the problem is with Pascals Wager.

It is better to live like you believe in God, because if you die and there is no god, you lose nothing, if you die and there is a god you gain eternity.

You really lose nothing? I've certainly lost a lot to religion but as Walter said, that was then this is now.
