Impeach and Investigate House Speaker Boehner.

In recent events, House Speaker Boehner has gone from being the cartoon villain of the republican party with the funny name that is pronounced differently than it is spelled, to being a serious threat to our nation. That's why I created a petition on calling for his removal from office. I'd appreciate it if everyone signed it. It goes as follows:

House Speaker John Boehner has repeatedly called vote after vote to defund the Affordable Healthcare Act, wasting millions in taxpayer money in the process. He has recently threatened to shut down the government if he doesn't get his way. This would endanger the lives of every American citizen, because the government would not be able to respond to a national disaster quickly enough.

We call for the immediate impeachment and investigation of Speaker for the House John Boehner for negligence of duty, wasting of Taxpayer Money, and Endangerment of American lives. His actions warrant an investigation into his private life, and who he is receiving funding or "gifts" from.

Why not. The teaparty was sponsered by the Koch Bros.

@Unseen " I would be all for rewriting it."

Apropos @H3xx's petition. I tried out this White House petitions thing several months ago. My petition was to call a Constitutional Convention to rewrite and bring the Constitution into the 21st century. I got a roaring 10 signatures or so. The threshold of 150 is actually quite a lot.

Perhaps people are afraid that, if they put their email onto such a petition, there would be a problem with privacy.

It's the government. They've already admitted that they're spying on you.

At this stage in the game, if you're not on a government watch list of some kind, I'd say you're not doing your job as an American. That's just my opinion though.

@MikeLong - I suspect the successful petitions are very heavily or expertly promoted.

They are. They get posted on Facebook, Youtube, and all kinds of other social networking sites. I don't have the time or energy to do all that, so I posted it here, in the hopes of at least getting people to talk about the problem. Midterm Elections are closing in, Everyone get out and vote. Ask for paper ballets, and avoid electronic voting machines if possible. They can be rigged.
