All of the kids proceeds from book sales will be used later in life on therapy to undo the mental abuse his parents are inflicting upon him now.

What absolute, unadulterated piffle.. One of two things happened. He had a dream, based on the religious beliefs of his family, or, and this is the one I'd choose, they are both lying their arse's off...sorry, but the body language, especially from the child, SCREAMS deception. Lots of colours, and everone had wings? Sounds to me like he went to a bloody bird sanctuary...!

He was under the influence of DRUGS from the surgery. I mean, the father even says that the boy didn't actually die. Oh, you gotta love the human brain. :)

No surprise that this kid isn't a fan of school.  He also seems unable to answer anything with out prompting.  I read a few articles about this book several weeks ago.  I agree, "Bullshit".
