Sarah Palin isn’t sure if she will run for President. I would like to think I am not alone in hoping she does make a run at it. That moronic ding bat is epic fail at every turn be it politics, leadership and anything beyond managing a bowling alley from midnight to 6 AM.

I never thought anyone in politics would make Dan Quayle look intelligent but she takes the cake. I just don’t get the appeal she has over some, I don’t! Is it the fact some find her attractive? Is it her small town roots? Whatever it is the intellectually void Tea Bagger Party and the rest of the brain dead mouth breathers just love the crap that spews out of her mouth.

Sarah Palin, a fire in her belly and rocks in her head!

You're giving her way too much credit. There's no way she could manage a bowling alley for six whole hours. it would be complete chaos!

Well I like to start small and let her work her way up. She quit the Gov job she had and she screwed up the economy of her small town she was mayor of. Bowling alley is a good start.... If she fucks that up then it is fry cook at Mc D's.

She makes certain Indian politicians look smart. She makes Mahmoud Ahmadinejad look smart!! Need I say more!

She is a political diva. She doesn't trust anyone and thinks she is some sort of folky intellectual and she is so far from it.

Hey, there. While I don't think Sarah Palin should run for anything, because she won't win (and I believe there are better candidates out there (like Herman Cain) I believe calling the Tea Partiers "Tea Baggers" is a troll insult which is not worthy of this forum.

I happen not to be an American, but if I were, I would surely be a Tea Partier. Let's remember the only unifying mantra of theirs is "less State, less taxes". Nothing else. Like us atheists, besides that there are lots of different beliefs.

If I meet an atheist who's a communist, I am not going to assume all atheists are communists, right? Well, same here: not all tea partiers are religious loons or racists (I would think those would be an overwhelming minority).

I believe you ought to apologize, your rant is nothing more than that.

Cheers.

Apologize for what?  If I'm not mistaken, the term 'teabagger' started with Tea Partiers who later dropped it after learning that the term made them a laughing stock.  Perhaps dissenters will stop using the term so readily when the Tea Party Movement stops acting like a joke.  They stand for very little on paper, and, in the public eye, the movement seems to largely consist of angrily pandering to the lowest common denominator amongst conservative Americans.

Religion is to embrace the past, Religion fights to keep things the way they were, Religion is the conservative view. To assert that the Tea-Baggers only  want less taxes and less state is a bigger joke than Sarah P. Have you seen any of the bat-shit crazy legislation that the Baggers are trying to pass on reproductive rights of women, on immigration, on civil rights ?  My friend, i feel you too have been hood-winked. The ( less taxes- less state ) platform just makes sense no matter what your views are but look deeper, the less tax - less state mantra is the lure that these fundamentalist use to get you to listen to them, then they slip in ( no abortion, no fags, no immigrants, no drugs )

Since the (baggers) took over the House of Rep. recently they have passed no bills job creation, n o bills on less gov. no bills on anything except womens issues. The (baggers) have done nothing relating to their platform. They have only made it harder for a woman to get medical care from places like planned parenthood, and if you think that closing down parks and programs for the arts is (less taxes-less state then i would say enjoy the ride on the expressway to a third-world America

TDM, I don't care much for them as a Party. I would be a tea partier in the sense that I believe less state and less taxes (if the taxes are in the negative slope of the Laffer curve, which I believe they are), are good for the economy - less centralism.

I am myself a libertarian, but I sympathize with this mantra of less state and less taxes. If the Tea Party (in itself only a branch of the Republican party) deceives its voters, they'll only get one chance.

Fry cook is good...all the "cooking" at Mikey D's is done with ding dong timers.   Could someone possibly screw that up|?  Probably.

The Tea Party people are a complete joke. Maybe, Alejandro, you don't see it because you don't live in the United States. The Tea Party is filled with the conservative Christian-type. I think I would actually faint in disbelief if I found out an atheist was a part of it. Everything TDM is saying is true. With the tea party people leading the scene, we will surely end up a 3rd world country in decades. Wasn't it a tea party member who tried to pass a law in GA where ALL miscarriages would be considered a crime?

On the original post, Sarah Palin is a JOKE. I am one of the few people who actually knew of her BEFORE McCain chose her for vp. On an interview with Glen Beck [on HLN, way before elections] Sarah Palin talked about how much she hated the government and was actually suing the fed government for Alaska's oil rights. When she was chosen for the vp spot, that lawsuit went away and was never spoken about. She's a complete idiot. If she runs, and wins, I will strip myself of my citizenship and move to Canada.
