Quasi-crystals and their nonperiodic  indeterminate assemblages appears to point to a higher quantum reality first posed by Dr. Roger Penrose in his book, "The Emperors New Mind". In short, it is impossible for  crystals having 5 fold symmetry to grow without first knowing a prior what the final over all arrangement will be. Yet unmistakably they do grow in nature. This phenomenon could be explain by conjecturing a higher quantum reality in which all conceivable arrangements exist in Hilbert Space. Thus the existence of quasi-crystals may imply a higher reality than that we experience in event space. This is a quantum reality on a macro scale far beyond dimensions limited by the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. This has profound implications and ramifications, since we are completey oblivious to this higher reality. As we search for the "God particle"., this my be the "God reality"
