I Often See People.

Praying To God.

For Strength.

Or Patience.

Whenever They Are Going Through A Difficult Time.

And They Seem To Persevere.

What Does This Mean.

If There Is No God There.

Actually Answering Their Prayers.

Well It Means That The Strength.

And Patience That They Recieved.

Comes Completely From Within Themselves.

They Make Themselves Stronger.

They Make Themselves More Patient.

And Honestly.

I Think This Is More Beautiful.

Than If There Is A God Somewhere.

Magically Giving Them Strength And Patience.

People Have Been Convinced.

By The Church.

By Church Memebers.

That Their Lives Would Be Nothing.

Without God.

And That They Need Him.

In Order To Live A Satisfying Life.

They They Need Him.

To Make It Through Life.

If There Is No God.

Then All Of Those Times.

When They Found Strength.

Through Trying Times.

All Of That Strength.

Came From Within Themselves.

They Made It Through.

On Their Own.

I Just Wish People Would Give Themselves More Credit.

Lovely.  Yes, I wish people would give themselves credit for their own hard work--and more importantly, take responsibility for their own heinous deeds--instead of blaming it on Satan, and then having Jesus take the fall for them.

Sounds very similar to the discussion I had the other day with someone. Very nicely said.
