I kinda doubt the UK would risk doing this to a potential US president, but just putting this message on record could still be a hoot! (Too bad only UK citizens can sign.)

On one hand Trump wants to build a "great wall" to keep out unwanted immigrants and on the other he is annoyed that China is stealing ideas from America???

Where is he going to get the workers to build the wall??

Ok, just bad humor....

Turns out that this idea is not so far fetched. Scotland seems to have disowned him...and some actually do call for a Trump Ban:

As at just now, it has 527,815 signatures, passing the previous record of 427k by a good old 20%.

I'm all for freedom of speech, but is it so horrible that I wish we could banish him just for being an asshole?

A run at a presidential nomination is the worst possible time to muzzle Trump.  This is when we get to hear who and what he'd be representing.

I am simultaneously astonished, amused and horrified by the support for this guy.

He DOES represent a portion of Americans, sad to say, but true.

I watched the movie, "Inside Out", and, if you haven't seen it...its stupid but cute, using characters to represent the emotions in a person, a la Woody Allen's "Everything you Ever Wanted to Know about Sex, *but were afraid to ask", where Burt Reynolds was your libido, etc...

Anyway, the "anger" character was essentially Trump as far as America was concerned...to me at least.

Luckily, he's far right of say, Romney, and, MOST of America votes in a more centrist part of the bell curve, and, hopefully, IF Trump is the Republican nomination, it will ensure a Democratic victory...most likely to be Clinton so far.

They swing so far right to get nominated that they scare 2/3 of the country away...while winning the third on the far right.

If the Repubs nominate Bush instead, he'd actually scare away fewer of the 2/3, and potentially have a shot at getting the Repubs a win.

For that reason, I am sort of rooting for Trump to get the Nomination.

:D
