I have noticed that the most fervent "patriots" in this country are the least educated and most religious around us.

Seems that their religious zealotry goes hand in hand with their feelings of patriotic superiority; both of which go with their misguided belief that America was founded on xian principles, even in the face of mountains of evidence to the contrary.

Be on the watch out for Sarah Palin in 2012. It is sicking to me to see this woman still in the spot light as a real contender for 2012...

I hate to generalize it this way, because I have known very intelligent, conservative folk and very unintelligent, liberal folk. However, on average, it does seem to me to be the case as Misty states it.
