On 28 June 2016 in my province in Pakistan. 3 people were given the death warrants. One of them said some words about Muhammad & other two recorded that stuff in mobile + blackmailed the 3rd one & demanded some money. 3rd one told all that stuff to the police after that case was made according to the 295 (Blasphemy Black Law)

Lower court issued the death plenty plus 35 years of Rigorous imprisonment for two of them. As far as i know if the supreme court or president forgives them & they are sent to jail for some years when they ll come out they would not be able to survive in that society religious clerics would issue fatwas against them. Firstly they are to face worst behaviour of muslim prisoners in jail after that they ll become the sign of victimisation. In Pakistan Nobody gonna ready to have any relation with them. This is just an example circumstances could be worst for them.

In 2011 i argued with some religious clerics they were asking me to join them in prayer they were telling some beautiful things of Muhammad. I was not interested in them because i had studied the basic roots of islam in 2003 to 2005. They incited me again & again then i gave them some examples and called Muhammad the abuser of humanity. They bullied & abused me. We were three people other two advised me to leave that place as soon as possible i came home i was much worried about that.

After few weeks some people threatened me again i was with my father. My father never knew about that situation. He abused me as well he said why you said that he advised me write a sorry letter & publish in a newspaper. I said everybody has his right to express his views. I am not gonna say sorry.

I went to the police station & asked them to write a case when i told them all the stuff instead of writing the case they bullied me as well. They shouted at me. I saved my self ran away then.

In that time few weeks ago Salman Taseer was killed & religious extremism was at its peak.

Then i stayed in another city which was far away from my province. I wasn't able to survive there due to religious extremism . Then i came back & stayed at friends house. My brother was threatened by Religious people they were asking him about me. Then my friends helped me to ran from country & still i am out cant go back.

How a atheist can survive in a muslim country where people want to make happy their God by killing someone on the name of islam which is a very beautiful way. I dont want to creat trouble for my family i feel save here in EU. I think if there is no freedom of expression there is religion. It was good for me while i was there they had not registered any case against me because they were very illiterate otherwise it could be a great trouble for me.

I dont know why such preachers are allowed to preach in west. They must be banned & should be asked some moral values of islam which are being practiced in their own society which are making them a "great human being ".

Death penalty but years of imprisonment first? That is just outrageous.

Blasphemistan is the barbarian society of true Muslims. Such cruel complicated laws make them true muslim..

Like the most extreme Christians, the most extreme Muslims actually read their holy book. The (relatively) good Christians and Muslims are willfully ignorant of the nasty stuff in the Bible and Koran.

That is so hard core. I'm really sorry you've been through this.

The vast majority of people in the West have absolutely zero understanding about how lucky they are to freely express themselves on anything without official repercussions and for the most part violence. People know it's a great freedom....but I don't think they realise just how much it makes their lives so utterly different from most of (the rest of) the world. Religion brings out the most absurd thought crimes....thous communism and facism are a very close second.

I hope you are doing well in the new country you are living in. Consider volunteering with groups that help atheists who are afraid of speaking their mind...in whatever country you are living in.

(I deleted my post previous to this one because I decided it's just a distraction. Meanwhile...)

Here's an interesting outtake from a wikipedia entry about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

Turkey—a secular state with an overwhelmingly Muslim population—signed the Declaration in 1948.[30] However, the same year, Saudi Arabia abstained from the ratification vote on the Declaration, claiming that it violated Sharia law.[31] Pakistan—which had signed the declaration—disagreed and critiqued the Saudi position.[32] In 1982, theIranian representative to the United Nations, Said Rajaie-Khorassani, said that the Declaration was "a secular understanding of the Judeo-Christian tradition" which could not be implemented by Muslims without conflict with Sharia.[33] On 30 June 2000, members of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (now the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) officially resolved to support the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam,[34] an alternative document that says people have "freedom and right to a dignified life in accordance with the Islamic Shari'ah", without any discrimination on grounds of "race, colour, language, sex, religious belief, political affiliation, social status or other considerations".

Pope beanie its true that there is a universal declaration of human rights.. But mostly muslims has nothing to do with human stuff they always need to follow barbaric inhuman stuff which is 1400 year old ..
