Watch the story, tragic and graphic. I see so many stories about tazerings in situations that are unjustified. Some lead to deaths even though tazers are supposed to be non-lethal. It's obviously incorrect, they should be renamed sometimes-none-lethal. A Canadian news paper tested 45 tazers this year, 10% miss fired and produced far more voltage than was specified in the specs of the instrument. It's obvious to me we live in a police state now and i really hope Obama can put us back on track on this issue.
Im sure part of the problem is some of the officers are coming home from war with no debriefings trained to deal with civilians in a war like situation. Who know's what's going through some police officers mind that may have undiagnosed post-dramtics stress disorder.
