It's been a LONG time since I've been on this site and that has been a long journey.

But I'm here an agnostic atheist - but a much calmer one, a less angry. This I think is a much better place to be.

I'm no longer arguing about religion 99% of my waking day and I no longer feel like complete scum for being an atheist either.

I have morals, I have good morals in fact. I also have great passion and compassion for other people, for animals. I'm a good person. Not perfect of course but good.

I'm not 100% certain I'll be around here a whole lot, but I really want to say - if you can, get to where I am. Don't be a fundamentalist religious person but also don't be the atheist equivalent either. Fight your corner by all means, but don't live your life in the corner.
