Our BRAIN, which is in our head, you're awesome!

May you be filled with knowledge.

May you acknowledge reality as well as creativity.

Give us our daily control over our body,

And forgive us as we rage upon creationists.

I actually tend to do deep breathing when I need a moment. Because I can(and do) get panic attacks, I've learned to calmly take deep breaths, hold my arms straight out, tap my left hand on my right forearm, and then vice-versa.

 I don't outright meditate but as I get upset easily--these things help me not EXPLODE all over someone with deathly fists of fury.

I'm a writer, so sometimes I don't need words, I just need to be silent and calm.
