Atheist Banners to Fly on July 4! Get Your Cameras Ready!

In a huge campaign by American Atheist during the July 4th holiday, planes carrying atheist banners will fly in the skies in many of the states. The banners will say "God-less America" or "Atheism is Patriotic". The list of locations is below. If you can, take a pic and celebrate your atheism this July 4!!!

It's almost like they are being sponsored by Fox News to do this, just so that they can have another target focus their hatred on. And it's not the fact that it's aggressive that makes it bad, but just the fact that they are going in completely the wrong direction. I also don't like to see atheism linked with patriotism. Atheism is simply the lack of belief in gods. The USA is a secular nation, so religious views do not a patriot make.

Sigh... we need more public figures like Sam Harris. I'm glad he's the youngest of the "Four Horsemen."
