Beware of those who try to tell you what it is that you must believe.

Beware of those who try to sell you a false morality, based upon an ancient idea of piety or on changing societal norms.

There will never be a shortage of people trying to tell you how you should be living your life or how you should believe. Some of these people even love you and therefore are well meaning. However, always remember what your Daddy said,

"Love is the only thing that matters."

Be not pious, but be ye virtuous!!

Take the counsel of such ancients as Socrates,Epicurus and others such as Benjamin Franklin to learn what a virtuous life is! It is not the same thing as personal piety!

Love knowledge!

Read much!

Read often!

Read deeply!

Read widely!

Read the cereal box!

Read!

Love others as yourself, just as they say Jesus did.

Cultivate a love for science, for humanity and for the world.

Do not seek salvation outside of this world, but from within yourself. It's the only place that you will find it.

Listen to your heart and follow wherever it may lead. It may lead  you into some mistakes, but at least you will never have regrets.

Always know that your Daddy loves you and if you feel fit to do so, pass this message on to your children as well.
