I was going to put this on my wall, but it's too long. What's on my mind tonight is to warn those of you who have kids that have kids to think about it before you say yes to them moving back home. 

My son-in-law cheated on my daughter and then moved her back home with my wife and me. (He's in the military and happened to be moving from one location to another when it the affair came out, so they agreed to move her and the kids "home" instead of with him to his new assignment.)  

And while I love my daughter to death, she IS 30 and her own person, more or less. So its been a strain. Some days are good, some not so much. Today, not so much.

The grandkids too. I love them more than I ever thought I could love anyone or anything, but somedays I just want them to get out. Today, for example. 

I realize I'm just venting, but seriously, if you find yourself in my situation, please think about it for at least 30 seconds before you say yes. I know you'll say yes anyway, but at least go through the motions!
