I'd never heard it put this way before! But, I think this would really stir up some shit if you told a Xian the following:

Your religion is like your genitals. Keep both to yourself and the world won't ridicule you for flaunting what might be laughable. I sure don't want either one waved around in my face or shoved down my throat.

A religion is like a penis: It's okay to have one. It's okay to be proud of it.

But please don't take it out in public, and please don't try to force it on my children.

Unfortunately I have yet to use it in on a theist. I probably should at some point.
