This is priceless. In the most recent issue of GQ, no I don't have a subscription, Peyton Hillis was  interviewed about being chosen to be on the cover of Madden 2012. His quote absolutely sums up the sheepish oblivious nature of the mindset of the xian. The irony is almost hard to believe. I promise the quote is word for word. It made me literally lol and I had to share. Enjoy:

Q: If the infamous Madden curse holds up, you're headed for an injury. Worried?

A: People believing a ghost story about a video game - that's appalling to me. The way I look at it, I'm a tool: The Lord has a plan for me, and I can only follow that. I want the Lord to help me prove people wrong about the curse.

Hilarious if that guy does have an injury. Does he then convert to the Church of Madden?
