This person is quite presumptuous. Why do theist think we haven't checked out all this out. 

The delusion is so thick in this persons words I could scrape it up with a shovel : "I know this as fact."

Plus to lay unnecessary guilt upon themselves "I never stepped up to help"

Yes, these people will try and drown you in god's love.  Really nicer than the other kind who will first condemn you to hell, but still just as deluded.  I feel sorry for all of them, it must scary to think that they picked the wrong religion and are going to hell themselves.

Does this guy really think what he did or not did in HS to her makes a difference in the knowlege of what we believe in. This is laughable. I think he must have guilty feelings about something he did.
