The thing is... I don't get angry by listening to them.  I just feel sorry for them.  Everything they say is quite logical from a Christian perspective.  They read their bibles and know what it says.  I think what is more scary is that there are those out there that totally agree with them but don't have the balls to actually put signs up and protest the same stuff.

These people disgust me. To see kids brainwashed into this cult, to see the hatred these people create...they're inhuman. They're monsters. I'm waiting for them to pull a Jonestown and slug back some purple koolaide...

It's easy to abhor the vile hatred on display at these Westboro events; but my question is, where are the counter demonstrations by "mainstream" religious folks?  Vitriolic insanity like this doesn't seem to upset them much, as far as I can tell.

@ Dale – One of the site members actually did organise a counter demonstration where we all added our suggestions and pictures. I will see if I can find it – it was over a year ago – and post the link here.
