Godparent Request - Need advise
A very old friend of mine asked me to be one of the godparents to her newborn. As an atheist I don't support or believe in baptisms, and I'm actually against them. My friend knows this, but she insists. Should I obliged just for the sake of friendship, or should I simply say no?
