Underdeveloped Islamic Arab World: i.e. reverting to local winter timing on August 1, 2011-middle of summer in middle east. Why? it's ramadan and by this they will fast an hour less.

I was raised in arab christian roman orthodoxian family and a muslim society. i had no choice but to marry in a church. arab eastern traditions are many to mention here but most important is divorce is not possible unless there is adultery or insanity. before, if possible, to find a way to get divorce, i want advices when to decide to get divorce? asking myself, do i have enough reasons? please advise.
