Do you support Israel?

Was in a grocery store today in Northern Arkansas and noticed a store employee stocking shelves. On his shirt was fastened a campaign style button that proclaimed "I support Israel." Being on a first name basis with this fellow I couldn't control my curiosity and asked what the significance of the button was.
