It has to be a little embarrassing to the parishioners that tornados don't give a damn about their church, synagogue, or temple.

Tornados are indiscriminate and no respecter of religion. The monster twister that ravaged Joplin yesterday wiped out the local catholic church. So if someone was inside praying to the Almighty at crunch time they would of been a goner.  I guess god takes a lunch break at the wrong time.  Religious people amaze me that they can thank god when they survive…

Sinami (n.) The wave of blame issued by the religious after a natural disaster as to why god caused said disaster.



Example: After the 8.2 earthquake killed 1042 people last month, a sinami occurred among priests and clergyman faulting abortion, homosexuality and scantily clad women as the reason for god's wrath.
