if i understand you correctly- that the comment showed up but the hyperlink didn't- then that's not down to the person moderating comments. if she was moderating comments then the entire comment wouldn't show up unless and until she approved it.

you're welcome to try posting it on my page to see what happens. maybe then i can spot what's going on to prevent the comment from posting.

you can either hyperlink the video or you can embed it directly into the comment.

to hyperlink the video you just use the fifth button from the right in the list of buttons available at the top of every comment window (if you mouse over the buttons it's the one that says "add hyperlink". once you do that and post it it should show up as a link in blue text. when you say you posted the video as a hyperlink and it didn't show up do you mean that the entire comment didn't show up or do you mean that your comment showed up but that it didn't include the hyperlink to the video? if your entire comment didn't show up it's possible that the member in question has chosen to moderate comments and so any comments that get posted to her page won't show up until she approves them (if she approves them).

the second method, embedding the video in the comment, is as easy as copying the embed code from the video's youtube page and then pasting it in the comment window. TA's forum software will recognize the code as a video embed and display it accordingly.

hi Victor, i wanted to let you know that i unfortunately had to disapprove the video you recently attempted to post to TA. because people go to the Videos section for atheist/agnostic topical videos it is our policy to only allow topical content. we often stretch the definition of topical content so as to let as much content through as possible but a James Blunt music video of "You're Beautiful" just can't be considered topical at all.
