- Hello everybody. I'm currently a student at the University of Oregon. I am majoring in English, but prior to that I was studying in religion, philosophy, international studies, Chinese, and business (Van Wilder style). I'm unfortunately turning my student status into a bit of a career, but education is never a bad thing so oh well.

- Why are you here?
- I'm here because I need people I can talk to and bounce ideas off and learn from. In the summers I fight wildland fires, which I love. However, it's in the small town I grew up in and not many residents of Prineville share the same views as myself. It's nice to be able to find a community of free thinking liberal extremists (j/k) such as yourselves to chat with.

- Studying religion, history, and the supposedly "Holy texts" from which these belief systems derive their power can ONLY lead one to logically and rationally conclude that ALL religions are simple human inventions.
