- why isn't one of the choices simply "don't believe in god"?
as a kid, i could never get anyone to tell me why i should believe in "God" but not in the Native American gods, Greek gods, etc. that was the end of it for me i think.
i was raised Quaker and i still think it is a pretty great (and even free-thinking) bunch, if you are going to get involved with a religion. but as an atheist and an anti-social hermit, i certainly have no interest in being part of a religious based club.
