Im an 8th grade teacher who happens to teach science. The science didnt start the the atheism is only strengthened it. I dont have a science degree but a Human Development. I dont have much time outside of work, but i do try and get in as much gym, and friend time as possible. I love sports, music and conversations. I also love walks on the beach..... lol

Why are you here?

Im tired of being afraid of the social suicide i may commit every time i want to share what i believe. Humanity, Family, Friends, Community. I'd like to find friends who share similar beliefs as myself.

Why you left your religion.

Fortunately we were never really big on church we only went because they helped my mom pay some bills, which was really cool, but she was giving tithe so i think she payed for the bills herself, and so she could be a part of a community. But I mainly left because of the many injustices to society religion has caused. Its ability to separate and TO KNOW ....who the hells knows all this stuff? As Bill Maher put it, "No one has any more powers than I do."
