About Me:: I am just your typical mid-american guy. I was raised strict southern Babtist, and at a young age came to know that there was something very wrong. I have a five year old that even though my exwife tries to raise as a christian has told me several times that the stories are just funny, and that she goes to sunday school just to play with her friends.
I spent eight yers in the army and am currently living in columbia Mo. I work for the university and am currently getting ready to finally start college at 28 :)

Why are you here?: I have found a big lack of fellow free thinkers around here. So many people in the mid west were like myself and forced to learn a fairy tale and live it growing up. So many of us responded in anger when we grew up, and I am just her to meet fellow people who like to have a good discussion on why they ended up where they are today.

Why you left your religion.: Being a babtist preacher is a very very easy life. Just tell everyone they are going to hell, and when they ask why tell them now they are really going to hell because they questioned you. man, I want that job...
