About Me:
I just turned 24, and I'm expecting my first child in February of 2011. I'm about to celebrate my 2 year anniversary with the love of my life.

I've always been a bit of the creative type, constantly experimenting with new ideas. Lately I've been on a crochet kick, but I think I can thank my pregnancy for that one!

I just formed a group on here, actually, to get to know some people that like me, enjoy working with their hands.

Crafty Atheists

Times have been a bit rough lately, and not to be overly pessimistic and skeptical, but they have only presented to me further evidence that God does not exist. But you know what? I didn't need reassurance. I've been a firm non-believer for many years now, ever since I was an early teen. Even before then I had my doubts. It felt silly to talk to the ceiling every night before bed when I was a child.

I know that things are going to get better though. My fiancé is in the process of enlisting in the Army to secure a strong and stable future for us and our child.

I have never met more cruel, judgmental people than the so called "model" religious fanatics I've encountered throughout my life. They belong in straight jackets. I'm so very tired of hypocrisy.
