I am a very happy, well adjusted person that is not mad at the world, and who finally feels free of all the bondage that religions keep people trapped in. Many Atheist and Freethinker groups I belong to are heavily involved in community service work. We do it, not because we are trying to buy our way into a so called ‘heaven’ or trying to please an imaginary person. We do it because we simply enjoy it.
