- I grew up in small town, God fearing Texas and now live in San Diego. I felt compelled to go to the Reason Rally and the American Atheist Convention (my first atheism anything) and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. The experience gave me hope for humanity. I found people like me who are not afraid to call bullshit. Richard Dawkins is my hero and I dream of a day when religion is ancient history.

- From as far back as I can remember, I never believed anything about religion and considered church a complete waste of time. (I was in trouble a lot), Like most atheists, I have kept my mouth shut and have appeased the "crazy people" my entire life. I am sick of it. I can't believe there is even a need for activism for reason in 2012.
