Why you left your religion.

The Bible just had to many contradictions. At age 5, I started questioning the Bible and was then told by family members (my mom is a creationist and takes it literally) that I should not ask questions which in all honesty, kinda pissed me off. Being raised by a very strong mother, she taught me to think, stand up for myself, to question politics/politicians, especially those related to women. Then came science and all the things that didn't make sense in the bible suuddenly made sense with science. So by the time I was 15, I knew I was a non-believer.
