First off let me apologize for the confusion I might have caused.

See, that store doesn't belong to us; our founder, Morgan Matthew, submits the design to the online store and the site is the one that manufactures and sells it, after which TA gets a percentage. Since we're not actually the vendor, merely the designer, this problem isn't with us.

It's no different than if you were to buy a baseball cap from any store. You wouldn't take your problem to the baseball team whose logo appears on the cap. You'd take it to the store where you bought the cap.

I'm sorry, I should have explained this to you with more detail before, but I replied as soon as I got the response to my inquiry and at the moment I was on my phone.

I hope I have cleared it up, and that you get this situation sorted out.
