My Name is Robert Hurst, and I Live in Vancouver, BC. I have a dream and goal to become an Architect in 6-7 years. I have a passion for Logical Design, with function in mind first and for most. I have a love for engineering in any field. I Also love all parts of Science, Knowledge seeking is one of my favorite things to do, as weird as that sounds. I love being social as well, and friends are a big part of my life.
Why are you here?
I don't have a desire to belong to a illogical system of untestable, unprovable, unbelievable, ideas and ways of living in ignorant driven by fear of hell fire, and the existence of a heaven. All of these things are against my principles.
The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
When i was a child i went to church and Sunday school on a regular basis, but around the age of 8 I decided it was to improbable that such a being existed, this was because faith couldn't stand up to my logic, and i found that the people at church were, by choice, ignorant of all understanding of science or its methods. I also hated listening to the criticism of science when the points that were given against science were based on little or no understanding of actual science.
