- I've been an atheist since I was about 14 or 15. But to tell the truth I dont think I ever really 'believed'. I do think that the big bang and evolution are the most plausible explantations of our existance but I also think that there are flaws in both theorys. Since there are no 20billion year old people around I doubt we will ever really know exactly what happened. One think I know for sure is if the human race as a species is ever going progress and not wipe ourselves out we really need to leave our old superstitions and religions behind us. It's time to wake up!

On easter sunday just passed I was at home watching TV.

As an atheist, I end up in alot of religious debates. These can go any number of ways, usualy depending on how much alcohol has been consumed.
For the most part they are usually mild mannered musings on the nature of life, the universe and everything (sadly it isnt 42).
Other times they can be quite heated debates where I openly share my opinions on organised religion in all its forms.
