""people who fail to understand the value of art are people who fail to understand the reality of the nature. It vexes me to hear/read peoples negative and utter lack of articulation about the visual and preforming arts. Let me explain why art…"

Moose here. I am a college graduate of NC A&T where I studied Visual Arts and Design. I'm one the the best artist you'll know. Art to me is one the the pelicans of human existence. Without art, we wouldn't be able to know the face of any deity and we would have a hard time know what we look like. If you like to see my work, fallow me on Twitter!!
Why are you here?
I'm here to meet more people like me. I currently live in the South so expressing my Atheism comes at a cost. I've lost a number of wonderful friends...although the fact that they are gone doesn't make it sound like they are so wonderful but that was before I told them that I don't believe in the existence of a god or gods. So I hope to meet a lot of people on here and do some art work for you all.
The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
I left/dropped faith because I was introduced to Atheism by one of my good friends. At first I didn't get it so I listened to what he had to say about Christianity and did a little investigating on my own. The people around me were of no help for I feared what they thought of me if I told them that I had doubts about God, so I kept it to myself for a few years and when I went off to college, my Atheism slow but surely started to come out.
