I remember summers on the beach in Daytona, sea-foam on the night-shore, wind on my cheeks. I can remember the taste of those days, sweet, bitter. It is indeed a Hobbit hole!  My wife and I visited New Zealand this past summer and went to the Hobbiton set at Matamata, among other filming sites.  It was a true pilgrimage for us. :)
