Why you left your religion.
one word, "FAKE" those are the types of people you run into at church on sunday. Plastic smiles and lies from all. You cannot deny human nature, the human animals instincts but religion tries through a sickening system of control forced down a childs throat at a very early age. The tactics they use to brainwash young people are sickening to me and I grew tired of watching.

Anyone ever heard of this before? I came across it in an episode of Penn & Teller, Bullshit. Its means simply to educate yourself and there are a lot of resources out there to help with it. Pretty interesting.

Sometimes I wonder.......(An amusing example of stupidity)

You know what? I like people, I really do. I strongly believe in humanity......But sometimes.......

People make my brain hurt.

Yesterday I was soundly asleep when I was jolted from the bed by violent pounding on my door. I jumped up and opened the door quickly, I was thinking that maybe some shit went down. You know those cop knocks? where the person uses their entire fist and arm to knock on the door and it shakes the whole house? It was one of those so I assumed it was… Continue

I posted this on a christian forum a while ago. It is a personal detail of my life but for me it was an important point for me in finally shedding the silly beliefs of religion. I posted this to hopefully make some of them who read it really stop and question things. Maybe i will elaborate on this experience more later but for now here is my post.

In quotations is the comment that sparked my reply.

A bit of a follow up from the blog. Why are you opposed to drug decriminalization? What drugs would you decriminalize?

What is your idea for improving comradeship and community for the people and furthering cooperation? What can we do to help create such a community of the people?

Why would you not have sex with a lot of people of your own choosing if the opportunity were present?

P.S. You might want to change your background (or text color) around a bit since it's almost impossible, for me at least, to read a lot of the stuff.

Also, I did not know Barton was on here. I sent him a friend invite.

It worked out pretty well, if she hadn't thought it would bother my grandparents she probably would have let me skip the whole underwater ting too. The odd thing is I later ended up buying a house across the street from where I was dunked.

You're too nice! But thanks for the compliment. :-) It took a lot of work and education and practice for me to write. I won't say the way I write is "good" because I'm really critical. Plus, if I ever thought I was a good writer I'd stop trying to be a good writer.
