Why are you here?: Mainly looking for the support of people who believe the same way I do (or lack the beliefs of a god).

The religion you left: Christian

Why you left your religion.: There are many reasons. Mainly, children are brainwashed beginning at a very young and impressionable age to believe in Christianity and that Jesus is the way. They are never presented with an opportunity to think for themselves and apply reason to what they believe. Critical thinking being taught at a young age and letting children reason for themselves needs to start now! Among a thousand other reasons, of course.

I decided to do a survey on Facebook to see how people felt about 1) the phrase 'Under God' being removed from the Pledge, and 2) creationism being taught in schools.

Here are the two questions I asked:

1. Should 'under God' be removed from the Pledge of Allegiance?

2. Should creationism be taught in public schools?
