I believe in common sense, facts, and proof, not fairy tales and invisible beings. Interaction with society has given me a misanthropic view in general, with a few exceptions, of course. Live and let live. I think we must be egotistical and naive to think we're the only one's floating around in space, sentience or bacterium. Consider all options.
I believe experience is the best teacher. Know your rights and read your laws, because morality is an opinion. Mind your own business. Reality doesn't start hitting you until you get out of school, this includes college. Don't badmouth something when you don't know anything about it. I think that an amorphous social construct like race, should not be the deciding factor of affirmative action, and your economic situation should be.
I believe talking about sports, politics or religion is the easiest way to start an argument, and that's all they're good for. That being said I like to argue. While having said good spirited debates, I think sarcasm is a losing arguments first resort and name-calling, it's last.
I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I think that I should be neither proud nor ashamed of my heritage or skin color, as I had no say in the matter. I figure sooner or later, we'll all be one skin tone anyway. I think your personality is a jumble of your friends' with a twist.
I believe you get out as much as you put in, foremost relationships, government and your surroundings. You are the only one who knows how to make YOU happy,I don't think you should run around thinking you have to be a certain way or do certain things, man.
I believe unless you have a uterus and/or medical degree that you don't get a say in abortion, unless you're the father. When someone asks me for my opinion I don't sugar coat it, and I've been told that makes me seem insensitive. I think the truth hurts sometimes, and we don't get enough exposure to that with the euphemistic language in use today.
I believe that in order to draw a welfare check, you should have to be on birth control and have to piss in a cup. I know that pot itself has killed no one and that legal drugs like cigarettes and alcohol kill many times more people than illegal drugs can or ever will. I think only you can change you.
I believe sexuality is not as simple as gay or straight, like Mr. Kinsey says. I want to live to see the day humanity loses faith in money and religion and gains it in one another. I believe that anyone can disagree with me and we can still be friends.
I believe all this is all just like, my opinion, man.
The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
Religion doesn't hold up under scrutiny.
