About Me:: I am an open-minded 19 year old who loves life. I love movies, especially stupid ones, and making fun of songs like "The Christmas Shoes". It makes me feel like a terrible person but that doesn't stop me. My favorite colors are bright and saturated like play-doh.

Why are you here?: I am a college freshman but my atheism/questioning status is not recent. Although I attended services at a Methodist church for much of my childhood and many of my family members are religious, I don't think I've ever believed in God. I go to bible study on Thursdays and Ba'hai on Wednesdays. I love learning about religion and seeing others take good feelings away from it spawns my own good feelings. In bible study, when the others talk of God in reference to the passage, I replace him with something else in my mind and it brings me the same peace.
I think that the world doesn't need to lean on God if they can only learn to be good people without him.
