- I was brought up (and assumed to be) an Anglican by my mother, but never actually believed any of it. Converted my Sunday school teacher to atheism at the age of 8. (Alright, I allowed her to see why I did not believe by pointing out some glaring inconsistencies in the New Testament, and introduced her to the apocrypha and it's origins). Sang in the church choir for many years (I loved that part) and never believed a word of it.
