Why are you here?
I want to meed more people like me in the Spokane area. I'd like to make friends that have the same views as me and get to know people who don't contantly rant about how unfair the world is!
The religion you left
Was never a part of one
Why you left your religion.
I never had one to begin with. I tried. I went to different churches with family and friends. Nothing made sence to me. I couldn't understand why people would believe in this being they couldn't see. I couldn't figure out why all the different religions were so different, and i couldn't shake the feeling that these people held a lot of hate for any person that did not believe as they did. I didn't want to be a part of that, so i just focused on figuring out what it is that I believe in.

It's nice to hear that their are other Interior Designers that are non believers in Spokane. To answer you question, I grew up in the Spokane area and moved away for 6 years to Phoenix. I've been back for a year. I didn't realize how differently people act in larger cities. Much more conscious of minorities in general and a lot more P.C. After all of that, I do like Spokane, and their are some great people. Their is a group that meets up called the Spokane Secular Society. It's a great group and fun to talk with some highly intelligent individuals. I like to think I add some creativeness to the conversation. Let me know if you are interested and I will forward you the info.

Nice to meet you,
April
