Though "religious status" says "atheist". The option "none" isn't available. The fact is atheism is not a religious status, atheism is the lack of religion and any affiliation with religion.
I like to say that I am technically an agnostic, because I know that we cannot "prove" or "disprove" the existence of any supernatural beings. But I am a de-facto atheist because to believe in something that is so extremely improbable would just be foolish.
I am a humanist, though not a pacifist as I do believe that we must defend ourselves when necessary. I strive to apply logic (Boolean) as much as possible and I'm highly analytical. I am planning to return soon to college and to earn a Psy.D. I am fascinated by psychology and sociology as well as philosophy and politics.

As I slowly drifted away from believing I began to really think about all the claims meant to "prove" god's supposed existence. I had never been an extremely religious person, but the more I analyzed and applied critical thinking the more I realized that the monotheistic myths were no more true than those of the ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Romans or Scandinavians.
