- Dealing with people is worthwhile, but sometimes it's comfortable just to be around people who share the same thoughts and principles one does. Here I don't have to explain why atheism is not a religion, why I'm not an atheist because of trauma, how atheists can be moral, that I don't worship Satan, and why I can be so strident about intrusion of religion into general society. Thanks for being my peeps, peeps. :-)

The only other ones I visit with some regularity are beard-related--a beard community forum and The Society of Bearded Gentlemen, using the same platform as TA. This one, unlike the others, however, allows for some stimulating discussion and the sharing, critiquing, etc. of creative work.
