- I'm a chef. I specialize in at-home fine dining. My husband and I relocated from Los Angeles to Tennessee in October, 2008. We found some property in Prospect, TN and began building. This spring, we'll open "Mockingbird Acres", a Bed & Bistro*. We have 10 acres, so we plan to have a small organic farm and some livestock.
* like a Bed & Breakfast only the featured meal is dinner in the evening, and bonus, you get to sleep in on your vacation!
