I'm a retired high school science teacher. Married for 44 years, two children, 4 grand kids, 20 chickens and the worlds dumbest dog.
I've been an Atheist all my thinking life. When I realized that Santa was just a story (around 6 or 7) I just assumed that God, jesus and all the other gods were also just stories - nothing every changed that assumption.
At 17 I got hold of the complete works of Robert Ingersoll: after reading it I became vocal about Atheism and much less tolerant of religion.
My retirement vocation is wood carving. My wife, a retired nurse, is an artist.
Why are you here?
Because I'm an Atheist, but the Judeo/Christian myth has always fascinated me, as does all cultural myths.
The religion you left
Was never a part of one
