About Me:
I'm a metal head, an intellectual, a video game enthusiast, an urban ninja, a cliff jumper. I think I'm a nice guy, I don't know anyone who doesn't like me too much anyways. However I'm quite the introvert, keep to myself most of the time, until I really get to know a person. Even then I don't talk a lot, I'll do a lot more thinking than talking, and speak up once I've got something worth saying.
Why are you here?
I enjoy the company.

Oh! I didn't even realise. I'm not sure I even have it now, apart from the video.
I think Earlism needs to make a come back, like the catholic church tried to do, except ours will result in success. The Earl could don some gold chains and listen to Kanye West?

I forgot I was drawing upside down. Or perhaps, subconsciously my brain used it to denote the immense displeasure in the top/tail situation? Either way, somehow I made you look incredibly smug. Ha.

Born into religion, remain in religion; average.

Born into religion, remove self from religion; learned.

Born with no religion, remain free of religion; lucky.

Born with no religion, join a religion; Idiot.

Basically, alright I get it if you're religious born and raised, that's what you grew up to believe, I don't like it, but it makes some sense.

If you grew up religious and decided you didn't agree with it, more props to you, you used your head. (Or maybe… Continue

Definition of infidel; taken from the Devil's Dictionary, by Ambrose Bierce

INFIDEL, n. In New York, one who does not believe in the Christian religion; in Constantinople, one who does. A kind of scoundrel imperfectly reverent of, and niggardly contributory to, divines, ecclesiastics, popes, parsons, canons, monks, mollahs, voodoos, presbyters, hierophants, prelates, obeah-men, abbes, nuns, missionaries, exhorters, deacons, friars, hadjis, high-priests, muezzins, brahmins, medicine-men, confessors, eminences, elders, primates, prebendaries, pilgrims, prophets, imaums,… Continue

I may have just had an epiphany

I'd definitely like some input from people more educated then I though, because I'm not completely sure if it would work like I imagine.

Eugenics is the practice of discouraging reproduction by persons having genetic defects or presumed to have inheritable undesirable traits or encouraging reproduction by persons presumed to have inheritable desirable traits, in order to improve the human gene pool. It's been deemed inhumane, probably rightly so.

My idea however would be… Continue

My Personal Definition of the Mind, and the Soul

Posted on May 30, 2009 at 3:06am 4 Comments

Using a computer as an analogy for the nervous system, the brain is all manner of computing hardware, the mind is all the software running on it, and the soul is just a fraction of that software. Most of the software running in the mind deals with decision making, behaviorism, personality, creativity, etc. What I would refer to as the soul though, is the interpretation of ones self that no one could understand other than them self. As the way one thinks may drastically change, and ones… Continue

Evolutionary Psychology

Posted on January 7, 2009 at 10:54pm 3 Comments

I find evolutionary psychology to be a fascinating, and practical way of looking at how and why people think and act the way they do. It explains why some people act in the seemingly not so logical ways they do sometimes. It explains how we've developed emotions, and how they aren't something beyond the physical world. A notion many find hard to part with. Anyways I'm mostly making this post because I felt like sharing this great… Continue
